The worst part is that the old school era

I'm considering re-entry into WoW (was massively interested in WOW TBC Gold it prior to the start of Cataclysm. I absolutely enjoyed the game from WotLK and I'm thinking about giving up retail and opting for Classic or Classic TBC. I've been unsure about the way that Classic and Classic TBC operate. If I create a character for Classic does this mean I'll not be able to use that character for Classic TBC content? If I make an Classic TBC character and they publish Classic WotLK will I not be able to use the character for Classic WotLK content? I'm confused about how classic games progress and would appreciate it if someone could provide me with clarifications.

Many within the WoW community are looking for a basic WoW reboot. A classic+ version of OSRS. We'd like to see new content such as new raids, brand new zones, new world bosses plus more social interactions on the journey of the game. Things such as Grim Batol, Hyjal could be considered and implemented. The Paladin could get a taunt as well as mana issues in all specs can be reduced. It is possible to improve itemization so that people can make use of their tier gear. Just the possibility of allowing TBC talents would massively change the game, and also make it a lot more enjoyable. There aren't enough exciting announcements yet to be made for Seasons of Mastery. I am pointing out that vanilla is made better with small tweaks. Azeroth changes can lead to an exciting and enjoyable MMORPG experience.

It's very frustrating to watch Blizzard half ass their own approach to classic reboot. Double speed, same distribution of loot and an increase in boss health. This recipe is for an unintentional guild-wide disaster due to loot drama. As much as I detest world buffs, I don't like spending double the amount of time playing exactly the same thing without new mechanics. Naxx will cost twice as long to attain identical gear, and it will not be any more satisfying as it isn't new. It's the same raid like before, etc.

The worst part is that the old school era was long abandoned. It wasn't my intention that it would have an enormous number of players, but the character clone cost absolutely reduced it. Since no one wants their time wasted, new players aren't welcome. It could take a person months to level up and then why bother if the server is dead.

Vanilla/classic WoW is a good opportunity to reinvent WoW and continue its legacy. It is possible to take an OSRS departure so that players can look forward to new updates to the content. It's really disappointing to buy WOW TBC Classic Gold see blizzard doing such little for classic WoW. We don't receive the same level of attention as retail customers. I am very disappointed.
